Year 2005
In 2005, the first small mold workshop with less than 10 employees officially opened. The workshop is less than 500 square meters, with only 15 machines, and can only do some simple mold processing. According to good quality and good service, we gradually began to make a complete set of molds for small household appliances, which was highly recognized by customers.
Year 2014
In 2014, after 9 years of hard work, the factory officially named Shunde Ronggui Hongyi Mold Hardware Factory due to the needs of business development. The factory expanded to more than 2,000 square meters, with more than 50 workers and more than 50 machines. They started making more sophisticated molds!
Year 2019
Four years later, in 2019, due to the continuous expansion of business, as well as solid technology and advanced management concepts, the factory officially changed its name to Foshan Hongshuo Mould Co., Ltd., with more than 200 employees and a workshop covering an area of more than 6,000 square meters. With more than 100 machines. They are committed to the precision production of various molds, ensuring that the precision is controlled within 0.01mm, and have won the trust and recognition of more customers.
Year 2023
In another four years, that is, in 2023, with the continuous expansion of the factory scale, our company decided to integrate three factories at the end of December this year. Consolidating the three factories will make the production process more efficient and help improve product quality. By integrating mold production, injection molding, and mold maintenance into the same factory area, unified management is realized, which facilitates the coordination and control of each stage. The scale will increase from the current 8,000 square meters to 10,000 square meters, providing us with more space to arrange equipment and production lines to meet the needs of larger-scale production. Through the unified management of mold production, plastic injection molding, and mold maintenance in the same factory area, product quality can be further controlled, and precision molds and fine manufacturing can be realized.
